Cancellation & No-Show Policy

  • 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Late cancellations may incur a fee.

  • No-shows may be subject to a penalty before rebooking.

Telemedicine Policy

  • Virtual consultations are available for follow-ups and some initial assessments.

  • A stable internet connection and private setting are required.

  • Payment is required in advance for telemedicine services.

Payment & Insurance Policy

  • Most major insurance plans are accepted.

  • Patients should verify coverage in advance.

  • Accepted payments: cash, debit/credit (at select locations), online bank transfers.

  • Co-pays and out-of-pocket fees are due at the time of service.

Prescription & Medication Policy

  • Prescriptions are only issued after a proper medical evaluation.

  • Repeat prescriptions may require a follow-up.

  • Controlled drugs are prescribed only when clinically necessary and legally appropriate.

Medical Records Policy

  • Requests must be submitted in writing via email or in person.

  • Records are only released to the patient or authorized parties with proper documentation.

  • Processing times may vary; a small fee may apply.

Urgent Appointments & Emergency Policy

  • Call (868) 702-4046 for urgent cases.

  • Emergency care should be sought at the nearest hospital.

Confidentiality & Privacy Policy

  • Patient information is confidential and handled in line with privacy laws.

  • No information is shared without consent, unless required by law.

Code of Conduct Policy

  • We maintain a respectful, professional environment for all patients and staff.

  • Aggressive or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in denied service.
