At RheumCAREtt, we value your time and our commitment to providing high-quality medical care. Please review our refund policy below before booking any services.
CONSULTATION FEES

All consultation fees are non-refundable once the service has been rendered.

If you have prepaid for an appointment and cancel with at least 24 hours’ notice, you may request to apply the payment toward a future appointment.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment are not eligible for refund or credit.
TELEMEDICINE PAYMENTS

Payment for virtual consultations must be made in advance.

Telemedicine sessions cancelled more than 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled.

No refunds will be issued for missed or late cancellations of telemedicine appointments.
INSURANCE CLAIMS

If your insurance provider denies coverage or only partially covers the service, you are responsible for any remaining balance.

Refunds are not issued for insurance co-payments or uncovered services once the consultation has taken place.
PRODUCTS OR MEDICAL FORMS

Payments made for medical forms, letters, or administrative requests are non-refundable once the request has been fulfilled.

No refunds are issued for prescription fees, injection procedures, or any completed service.
EXCEPTIONS
Refunds may be considered in the rare event of a billing error or duplicate payment. Requests must be made in writing within 7 days of the transaction.
