By using this website, booking an appointment, or receiving services from RheumCAREtt, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

APPOINTMENTS

All appointments must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability.
We recommend arriving 15 minutes early for your first visit to complete registration.
RheumCAREtt reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to emergencies, provider availability, or clinic needs.

CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Late cancellations and missed appointments may result in a cancellation fee and may require payment before future bookings.
Repeated no-shows may result in limited access to appointments.

TELEMEDICINE

Telemedicine is available for follow-up and select initial consultations.
All telemedicine sessions must be prepaid.
Patients must ensure a private space and reliable internet connection.
Not all conditions are suitable for virtual visits. If needed, you may be referred for in-person evaluation.

PAYMENT & INSURANCE

Payment is due at the time of service.
We accept cash, debit/credit cards (at select locations), and online bank transfers.
Patients are responsible for verifying insurance coverage before their appointment.
Any balance not covered by insurance must be paid by the patient.

PRESCRIPTIONS & RECORDS

Prescriptions are issued based on medical necessity following evaluation.
Repeat prescriptions may require follow-up appointments.
Requests for medical records must be submitted in writing. A processing time and fee may apply. Records are only released to the patient or an authorized representative with proper documentation.

CONFIDENTIALITY & PRIVACY

All patient information is handled in accordance with applicable medical privacy laws.
We do not share personal data with third parties without consent, unless required by law.
By submitting any form or booking online, you consent to being contacted by RheumCAREtt via phone, email, or WhatsApp regarding your care.

CODE OF CONDUCT

We are committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and professional environment.
Abusive, aggressive, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in refusal of service.
